Chris Watson appointed to Lead Retention at The Gym Group

Hunter-Miller are delighted to announce the appointment of Chris Watson as Retention Lead at The Gym Group.

Chris joins from NOW, where he was Head of Retention, having previously held a number of customer retention and strategy roles at NOW and Sky.

With more than a decade of experience spanning customer retention, engagement, strategy and commercial analysis, Chris brings a strong combination of customer and commercial expertise to the role.

At The Gym Group, Chris will lead the retention agenda as the business continues to grow its membership across the UK.
