LAST UPDATED: 14 AUGUST 2026

Hunter-Miller is committed to making our website accessible and easy to use for as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use to access it.

We want our website to be usable by people with visual, hearing, cognitive or motor impairments, as well as by people using assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation or screen magnification.

Our approach

We are working with our website agency to design and build the new Hunter-Miller website with accessibility in mind. This includes considering:

  • clear and consistent page structure and navigation;

  • appropriate colour contrast;

  • readable typography and sensible text sizing;

  • meaningful headings and page titles;

  • descriptive alternative text for relevant images;

  • keyboard accessibility;

  • accessible forms and interactive elements;

  • captions or transcripts where video or audio content is used; and

  • compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies.

We aim to follow approximately the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, at an appropriate level for the website.
