New Commercial & Customer Director at Costa Coffee from John Lewis, Snow+Rock and Unilever

Becky Brock has joined Costa Coffee's UK management board as Commercial & Customer Director, and will start her new role in November.

Formerly Marketing Director, and most recently Mission Director at John Lewis, Becky was previously Marketing Director at outdoor retailer Snow & Rock, and before that worked at Homebase, Unilever and spirits company The Edrington Group.
